The Trust is committed to becoming a menopause friendly employer.
To achieve the standard we are working with Henpicked who will provide advice and guidance through our menopause journey. The programme will involve the Trust looking at a number of areas, including developing a menopause policy, training and support groups for staff, helping to increase the awareness that everyone across the Trust has of the menopause and reviewing the facilities that we provide to support people experiencing the symptoms of the menopause.
