Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust has an appointed FTSU guardian to allow people working for the trust (including agency workers, volunteers and contractors) to raise any concerns they may have.
If any patients / relatives or member of the public have any concerns we would encourage you to contact us via PALS or a member of staff.
You should raise a concern if you have any worries about wrongdoing, fraud, malpractice or risk that affects others, patients, the public, other staff or the trust itself i.e. not complying with the WHO checklist, handwashing, training issue. You do not have to have proof.
If you work at the trust and have a concern please contact the FTSU guardian Steve Roots (Steven.Roots@nhs.net), phone or text 07775 547175. You could also use the form on the trust intranet.
Steve is passionate about nurturing a culture at the trust where any member of staff can feel free to speak up with their concerns about issues that affect patient safety. All approaches to him will be treated in strict confidence.
