Frimley Health has developed a final draft of an ambitious strategy called Frimley Health 2030. This plan will guide our trust over the next five years and aims to deliver Compassionate, Effective, and Modern healthcare and we would like your feedback and thoughts so we can ensure our final strategy is truly able to position the trust at the forefront of healthcare and reshaping and transforming care for all our patients.

Our strategy is built on input from our staff, patients, and partners. We believe that our patients should be at the centre of everything we do and that every interaction matters. By listening to their needs and experiences, we can create better healthcare services for everyone. Our people are equally important to us and we want to be the best place to work in the NHS.

The NHS is facing many challenges, such as long waiting lists and a shortage of staff. At Frimley Health, we are committed to overcoming these issues. We have already invested significantly in our services and will continue to do so to improve patient experiences and clinical outcomes. An exciting part of our strategy is the development of a new Frimley Park Hospital alongside expanding, improving and/or investing in our other sites so that we have modern infrastructure in the future. This new hospital is also a catalyst to transforming how and where we deliver care in the future. It will allow us to provide better, more effective services within the hospital and also move care closer to patients' homes where clinically appropriate.

We will use digital technologies to improve our services. These tools will help us work more effectively and provide better care to our patients as well as enabling our people to work in a safe and supportive environment. Our people are essential to our success. We want to create a compassionate and positive work environment that embraces inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement. When our people thrive, they can provide outstanding care to our patients.

As healthcare needs grow, we must use our resources wisely. We will focus on working effectively while maintaining high-quality standards of care. We will also explore new ways to generate income that will be reinvested into public healthcare services.
