Health Information Week 20-24 Jan 2025

Health Information Week is a national, multi-sector campaign promoting high-quality information for patients and the public.

This year, each day highlights a different theme. Click the links below to find a list of resources related to each theme:

Frimley Health libraries will be supporting the campaign with a 'Wellbeing and quality health information resources' stand plus freebies in the main entrance at FPH on Wed 22nd Jan, 10am-12pm.

We are also providing training to public library teams in Berkshire on Health Literacy and finding quality health information.

Our Health Literacy training is available to staff in the Trust; please contact us to find out more about this or any of the other events taking place during Health Information Week 2025.

Wellness Collection at Wexham Library:

We have an extensive collection of health, fitness and lifestyle books. These are available to borrow, free of charge, by all Frimley Health staff and students on placement. The titles below are a taster of what is available to borrow from both Frimley and Wexham libraries.

We also have comfortable, calm and quiet areas for staff to relax away from busy office spaces and wards.
