The FHFT GP centre contains a wide range of resources to support the FHFT / Primary care interface. This includes Urgent & Routine Clinical advice directories; referral information and key contacts and guides for all our key services; and digital interface support.

MyFrimleyHealth Record

A new part of the Epic EPR system is MyFrimleyHealth Record, a platform that provides patients with personalised and secure online access to their medical records at Frimley Health.
