Every year we take some time to celebrate and thank those colleagues who are the best of the best and who exemplify our trust values of Committed to Excellence, Working Together and Facing the Future.
Yesterday, 27 November, was an unforgettable night filled with recognition, inspiration, and celebration of the people who make Frimley Health such a fantastic place to work - made possible by the support of our wonderful Frimley Health Charity.

Andy has become an invaluable asset to the Wexham Park Hospital team, offering support through conversations, providing refreshments, and assisting the clinical team. Since its establishment in 2016, the Antenatal Diabetes Team has made significant improvements in the care of diabetic patients in maternity. Despite a growing caseload, they have enhanced screening processes, improved glucose control, and achieved remarkable outcomes such as reduced caesarean sections and preterm deliveries. Their dedication and teamwork have led to safer and more effective patient care.

The Cancer Services team has shown outstanding teamwork and dedication, tracking suspected cancer patients from referral to treatment. Despite staff shortages, they have improved cancer data capture significantly, moving from 117th to 20th nationally. Their hard work and adaptability have ensured timely patient care and met Cancer Waiting Time targets.
