Our MyFrimleyHealth Record app makes it simple to manage your hospital appointments.

You can use it to view upcoming consultations with your care team, or to cancel, reschedule or even book follow-ups.

MyFrimleyHealth Record also makes it easy to accept earlier appointments if they become available.

There’s no need to call our booking lines, you can manage your appointments wherever you can get online – whether you are at home, work, or out and about.

More than 260,000 people have now signed up to MyFrimleyHealth Record, which is transforming how our patients engage with their health and care and how we interact with them.  

Patients in most areas can also use MyFrimleyHealth Record to securely message your care team, attend online consultations and view medications and test results. You can even give permission for parents, family members or carers to manage your care on your behalf.  

MyFrimleyHealth Record should not be confused with the NHS app. Both are valuable, but MyFrimleyHealth Record is specifically tailored to a patient’s care at our Trust and offers features and insights unique to our services.
