Meet our ViP Award winners for November 2024.
Values into Practice Awards are presented to Frimley Health staff who have shown exceptional dedication to our shared Trust values: committed to excellence, working together and facing the future.
Emma Carr, arts and creative health manager with Frimley Health Charity, was nominated by a colleague for her dedication and passion for improving patient spaces and their experiences. She is described as extremely hard working and she receives great feedback from staff and patients.
Frimley Park Hospital housekeepers Jade Newell, Chantelle Vine, Holly Landucci and Gemma Tedder were working an evening shift when they encountered a patient who was having a seizure. They acted quickly to help him, stopping him hitting the floor, removing items around him, getting help and handing over to medical teams. They showed great teamwork, calm and initiative to get the patient the urgent help he needed.
Adrian Inman is a car park attendant in the security team at Frimley Park Hospital. Since starting with the Trust earlier this year, Adrian has worked tirelessly to support staff car parking capacity at the back of the site, putting control measures in place to get best use of parking and free up spaces.
ViP Award nominations can be made by Trust staff and members of the public. So if you know a member of the Frimley Health team who has gone above and beyond expectations to help you or a loved one, we'd love to hear from you.
