If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or treatment with us, please speak to the nurse or doctor looking after you and make them aware of your concerns and they will try to help you. 

Please tell us about any concerns as soon as possible so that we can try to put things right for you while you are a patient in one of our hospitals.

If the person treating you has not been able to solve the issue for you, please ask to talk to either the senior sister or matron in charge, whose name and photograph will be displayed on the ward. 

If the department has not been able to resolve your concerns, or if you would prefer to speak to someone not involved in your care, you can speak to our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) who will be happy to help you.
