Contact us
At Frimley Health we carry out a range of surveys to understand all aspects of the patient experience.
The feedback collected is used to identify both the things we do well (and want to continue doing well) and where we might be able to improve our delivery of services and patient experience.
Please note: There is no obligation to respond to any of these surveys – but, if you do, your feedback will only be used to improve the delivery of services and make the patient experience better.
Friends and Family Test (FFT)
One of the easiest ways to give feedback about your experience as a patient at Frimley Health is through the Friends and Family Test (FFT). You will have the opportunity to give feedback by either completing a paper survey card you are given or responding to a text (SMS) message that will be sent to your phone after your visit. This is part of a national survey to gauge how we are performing to help us improve patient care or to give staff positive feedback on doing their job well.
Will my feedback be confidential?
Yes. Great care has been taken to ensure that you can give honest feedback about your experience. You will be given a very simple questionnaire to complete which is anonymous and returned using the friends and family response boxes located on every ward and around the Trust. Alternatively you can complete the questionnaire online.
What do we do with your comments?
Feedback from our patients is extremely important to us. Comments given as part of the Friends and Family Test are reviewed by our ward and service teams to identify opportunities for improvement and to highlight areas of good practice and positive patient experience. Changes made as a result of patient feedback will be published as part of the quality performance report.
