Our consultants and nurses offer care to older people with the specialist skills to support their specific needs.
Our focus is on helping patients return to either their own homes or care homes. We work as a team involving doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dieticians and speech and language therapists to get the best results possible for each individual.
We have specialist wards at Frimley Park, Heatherwood and Wexham Park hospitals. We also offer specialist services such as a group to help patients who have had a fall, or those with Parkinson’s disease.
