Professional background
Having graduated from St George’s, London Medical School, I went on to pursue my Plastic Surgery training in East of England and London regions. After completing an intensive hand fellowship at Frimley NHS trust, my training culminated in the highly sought-after hand fellowship at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Australia. I was subsequently appointed as a Consultant at Frimley NHS Foundation trust. Alongside my clinical work, I have also been the Educational Day Lead and am currently Clinical Governance Lead for the department.
Following extensive training I have been awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons, England (FRCS), Master in Surgical Science (MSc) and am a member of the British Society for Surgery of the Hand (BSSH). Additionally, I have a prior honours degree in Occupational Therapy which enables me to have a true holistic approach to patients’ needs.
My specialist areas are hand and wrist surgery, paediatric and hypospadias surgery. Furthermore, I also do general plastic surgery. I have publications in national and international journals and have presented both locally and abroad which is crucial for maintaining and gaining knowledge to assist my patients.
