Mr Kuen Yeow Chin

Professional background

Kuen was first appointed as a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Ninewells Hospital in Dundee in 2020, and then joined Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. Mr Chin is the clinical lead for plastic surgery for Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Mr Chin’s extensive training has been awarded with the fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Plast), a Master of Science degree from University College London, and is on the GMC Specialist Register for plastic surgery. He is a member of BAPRAS (British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons), BAAPS (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and BSSH (British Society for the Surgery of the Hand).

Mr Chin has a special interest in skin cancer management. He is the skin cancer lead for Frimley Park Hospital, looking after the services across different specialties. Mr Chin also has a varied practice with interests in cosmetic surgery, reconstructive surgery, hand surgery and trauma surgery.
