Professional background

Seb Sturridge has been a Consultant Hip and Knee Surgeon at Frimley Park Hospital since 2010, and replaces over 300 joints a year. He offers a sensible opinion on painful hips and knees based on experience gained training in units in London, South Africa, Australia and America; and solutions such as joint preserving surgery, partial and total joint replacement, and surgery to replace a failing implant. He sees patients presenting with all hip and knee conditions but has a subspecialist interest in minimally invasive hip and knee replacement, young adult hip surgery, hip arthroscopy and revision & complex hip arthroplasty.
He provides personalised, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis. He believes in educating patients as he works with them to achieve the best physical condition possible. He uses minimally invasive surgical techniques as part of a rapid recovery programme, and implants and bearing surfaces with a proven track record to increase their longevity.

He continues to publish and lecture both nationally and internationally, and runs a successful fellowship with an international reputation.
