Frimley Health diabetes service is based on wards F2 and F3 for patients needing admission to Frimley Park Hospital. 

Outpatient services are run from Frimley Park Hospital, Farnham and Fleet hospitals, Aldershot Centre for Health and King Edward VII hospital.

Paediatric diabetes clinics are run at Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals and St Marks hospital outpatients.

Special diabetes clinics are offered for the following:

• Pre-pregnancy
• Pregnancy
• Insulin pump
• Diabetic foot
• Teenage and paediatric patients

The team runs a Type 1 diabetes education course and Type 2 diabetes education is run by our community team in Surrey.
