We offer a full range of children and young people’s services in dedicated child and family friendly environments. Most children are seen in separate emergency departments and outpatient areas by staff trained in paediatrics.

The children's unit offers a wide range of facilities to care for children of different age groups. Isolation areas on the ward are available for children with certain medical conditions and those suffering from infectious diseases.

Healthcare transition clinics 

Making the move from children to adult services can be unsettling - we offer adolescent transitional clinics for diabetes, epilepsy, and gastroenterology to try to make this move as easy as possible.
