MyFrimleyHealth Record
MyFrimleyHealth Record gives patients secure online access to their care at Frimley Health.
It can be accessed on a computer or mobile phone. It lets patients take care of many things on their own before they get to the hospital or to an appointment.
This includes being able to -
- view details of current appointments and book follow ups;
- attend online consultations;
- view medications, test results, allergies and letters;
- safely send messages to their doctor and care teams and;
- allow, with permission, for parents, family members or carers to act on their behalf.
Signing up is easy.
If you are a patient at the trust, simply visit our website or download the MyFrimleyHealth Record app on your phone to create your account today.

EPR yearbook
We’re delighted to introduce our new electronic patient record (EPR) yearbook – a digital collection of case studies, stories and diary entries from our staff and patients highlighting the benefits from our first year of our EPR.
Like many other NHS trusts, Frimley Health previously relied on paper patient records and old IT systems. Now with our patient records in one place, alongside improvements to safety and care using state of-the-art digital technology, all clinical services across our hospitals and community sites have been completely transformed.
But this is just the beginning, and we know that our vision is to be at the forefront of what the digital agenda can provide for the future – so far, we have barely scratched the surface of what our EPR can help us achieve.
We hope you enjoy this collection of our teams’ experiences and stories from the first 12 months of our journey.

EPR upgrade
In August we’ll be installing our first upgrade to Epic to keep it up-to-date and improve some of the functionality. In future, we’ll be making regular smaller upgrades - one of the many reasons we chose Epic.
A two-hour Epic downtime will take place between 2-4am, causing minimal disruption. Instructions on what to do during the downtime period will be provided by digital services.
Admin and clerical staff are most impacted by the upgrade and must be trained in advance.
If you are a part of the admin & clerical staffing group and haven’t taken your online training yet or have not been contacted by the training team, please speak to your line manager first and then log into My Learning Hub to search your record

EPR lessons learned and how we do change
We successfully delivered a massive digital transformation, and despite some challenges, you’re embracing the benefits it offers.
We know that for some of our staff and patients these last 12 months have been more challenging as we sorted issues such as appointment bookings and how we use data.
Our staff responded brilliantly to these challenges, so thank you again
