A lot has changed since we created our strategy, and we have achieved so much – that’s why we’re ready to start work on our new vision and strategy. 

If you look at our current strategy, not only have we successfully delivered most of it, but it also doesn’t include some of our biggest challenges and programmes, including the RAAC work that is ongoing to keep Frimley Park hospital safe and our new Frimley Park hospital. 

That’s why we’re starting to develop a new Trust strategy a year ahead of schedule and we really need your help. We need a strategy that:  

• Will meet the needs of healthcare in the future 
• Makes the best use of technology to support colleagues and patients 
• Is environmentally friendly 
• Is financially sustainable 
• Is community focussed
