If you need any extra help to plan for your visit to any of our hospitals we offer a full range of support services for all of our patients.
We just ask that you let our staff know of any special requirements before you come for your appointment. We can then make sure any support services have been arranged ready for you.
Our sites are mainly wheelchair accessible but if you do have any specific questions or concerns, please get in touch with the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) for the appropriate hospital. Get in touch with us.
There are also wheelchairs available to use in our main hospital reception areas and you can talk to any of our reception staff if you need assistance with getting around the trust.
We offer the following support services across all of our hospitals:
-
Interpreting options and information in a variety of languages
-
Catering for specialist diets including halal and gluten free
-
Chaplaincy services covering all religious requirements
-
Large text / audio information for partially sighted patients on request
-
Access for hearing / guide dogs across the hospital
