Frimley Health Values Logo

We recognise the valuable contribution that our military and ex-military personnel make and we will ensure they are never disadvantaged because of their service.

If you need to use our services please ensure you inform the receptionist of the department you're attending that you are military or ex-military so we can update your veteran status on your patient record.

Once annotated our Armed Forces Lead, Maj (retd) Kerry Gospel, will identify patients and assist with their healthcare pathway and any additional requirements that may occur as a result of their time in service. This extends to direct family members (spouse, children of).

Decorative elementThe Trust has signed the Armed Forces Covenant, cementing our commitment to the armed forces community in our hospitals and holds the GOLD Employer Recognition Award for its support to employees and gives additional benefits to those who have a reserve commitment.

Our commitment to the covenant means that the armed forces community should not face any disadvantage compared to other citizens in the provision of healthcare and that special consideration is appropriate in some cases, especially for those who have given most such as the injured and the bereaved.

Joint Hospital Group (South East) (JHGSE) are based at Frimley Park Hospital.
