Please note:
We offer a lot of our services as outpatient appointments at clinics across the area, which means you don't always have to come to our main hospital sites to see us. If you have an outpatient appointment we will send you a letter telling you where you need to go.
Regardless of where the appointment is, to help you remember, if you give us your mobile phone number, we can also send you a text message reminder before your appointment.
At some locations we can offer online and email appointment information letting you know where to go and what to expect. Just check with the receptionist or booking clerk if this service is available when you make your appointment. These services will also offer you the chance to cancel or change appointment and will give you links to help with other information such as checking parking details, travel and hospital layout.
If you have any special requirements to help us make your visit easier, please do let us know as soon as possible before your appointment day
On the day of your appointment you need to bring the letter with you, along with any medication you are currently taking, including eye drops. If you are attending the eye clinic, please bring any glasses with you.
If your appointment is via video, please check our video clinic information.
When you arrive you'll either need to check-in via the Welcome kiosks or the receptionist will check your details. We aim to see everyone within 30 minutes of their appointment time.
After you have been seen, you may need to go to other parts of the hospital for further tests or x-rays but this will be explained to you on the day. You will also be told whether you need to come in again for any follow-up appointments.
